Hotel Mall Palace was established by our founder, Mr. Sanjay Agarwal in the year 2003 with an objective to offer best in class service and accommodation with breathtaking view to all travelling to mussoorie. In 2003 there was a need for Boutique hotels for the new emerging population of India with ideals of Modern India. Our founder with the vision to offer our guests the best founded Hotel Mall Palace.
Since then our Vision and mission has been to offer our guests with the best services we can.
We at hotel Mall palace are not just another hotel but a family. The same is reflected in our services and guest relations.
Ever since 2000 we have strived towards guest satisfaction.

Keeping in mind our vision and mission we here at hotel mall palace had captured the market in a storm. with majority companies hosting their annual general meetings and organising trips at mall palace. Our independent guests have started calling us their second home. With our motive of providing our guests the best we can, the hotel had been renovated in 2010 to suite the needs of the new india. Hotel mall palace was the first hotel in mussoorie to offer its guests free wifi service.
We were amongst the first hotels to offer rooms with tea and coffee makers, flat screen tv, intercommunication devices, buttler services, concierge services, travel desk services, etc.
We have since moved forward with emerging trends to meet our guests requirements.
The hotel has since been renovated twice to meet the needs of our guests.

In accordance to our Vision and mission, we are continually working towards offering our guests the best of services and facilities.
The hotel Management has approved two plans for the near future to enhance guest service at mall palace. The first one is a rooftop bar and the other is a heated swimming pool.

Sanjay Agarwal
Mr Sanjay Agarwal has been into the hospitality industry for over 30 years now.
He is currently the President of Mussoorie Hotels Association and also the treasurer of Hotel and Restaurant Association of Uttarakhand.
He is also the past president of Rotary Club Mussoorie and actively participate in Charity and other events in Uttarakhand.
He is currently the director of three hotels, namely Hotel Mall Palace, Hotel Jiva and Hotel Forest View.
Ashwyn Aggarwal
Ashwyn Aggarwal currently manages Hotel Mall Palace and Hotel Jiva.
He is a pass out of Institue of Hotel Management, Mumbai.
He has interned at the iconic Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai and has worked at Trident Bandra Kurla(a unit of the Oberoi Group), Mumbai.
